Outstanding Performance and Security
Klariti is not an ordinary web-based review tool. We designed it so that everything runs on our side, instead of on your computer. This avoids having to transfer each native file or image over the internet as you conduct review and improves performance significantly. Moreover, not having to transfer your documents over the wire improves security. Malware and computer viruses? Not having to transfer files to your computer means no need to worry about malicious code.

Intuitive Analytics
Even though Klariti is a feature-rich product, you won’t have to read a 500-page user guide to understand how it works. As soon as you log in, you will be able to use numerous analytics features such as similar document clusters, e-mail threads, domain groups and conversation threads in a few minutes. Audit Trail & Reviewer Statistics
If desired, Klariti can help administrators by keeping track of user activity and providing reviewer statistics. You can see as much detail as you would like, including how many documents are being reviewed per hour, when each user logged in and out, which documents were tagged by whom etc.

Integrated Productions
Klariti allows you to produce documents and keep track of your productions in one place. As you open each document, you can see all the production sets that document was a part of and how it was produced, including redactions and endorsements.

Multi-Language Support & On-the-fly Translations
Reviewing foreign language documents in Klariti is a breeze. You can view and search documents in virtually any language. Furthermore, Klariti lets you machine-translate foreign language documents to English on-the-fly and at no additional cost.

Proksimiti Integration
Our near-duplicate and e-mail thread analysis engine, Proksimiti, is tightly integrated with Klariti. This means, near de-duplication and e-mail thread analysis is performed on your documents automatically and at no additional cost. We do not pay royalties to any third party, and we pass the savings on to our clients.

Search History
Having access to previous searches can sometimes be a life saver. Klariti keeps track of your searches and allows you to re-use them or combine them with other searches. You can also save searches permanently so that you can access them after your review session ends.

Annotations & On-the-fly TIFFing
Reviewers occasionally need to annotate or redact documents while performing a native review. Klariti can TIFF selected documents on-the-fly (you can even specify your TIFFing preferences such as color options, tracked changes, speaker notes, hidden content etc.) and allows you to annotate them. Our annotation interface is easy to use and feature rich, including tools such as redactions, highlights, rubber stamps, sticky notes and callouts.

True Native Viewer
Most review platforms display native documents using third party document viewers. While convenient, in some cases these viewers cannot render complex native documents accurately. If you would like to see your spreadsheets, technical drawings or databases in full detail, you can have Klariti display them in their native application at the click of a button.
